A Celebration of Local Food and Drink Craftsmanship
Skåne Food Fest is a meeting place for everyone who appreciates great food and drink and wants to discover the wonderful diversity of growers, producers and artisan food makers in our region.
We believe in the value of personal connections. The opportunity to meet winemakers, farmers and cheesemakers, hear the stories behind their products and gain an insight into the skills, knowledge and craftsmanship that go into creating them.
Skåne Food Fest is all about discovery, inspiration and enjoyment. A place to wander, enjoy delicious food and drink, sample local specialities, find new favourites to take home, spend time together and simply savour the moment.
The festival was first held in 2024 at Sofiero Palace in Helsingborg, followed by Krapperup Castle on the Kulla Peninsula in 2025 and Norrviken Gardens in Båstad in 2026.
Behind Skåne Food Fest
Skåne Food Fest was founded and is run by Jennica Ericson, an entrepreneur with extensive experience in business management, project management and the hospitality and tourism industry.
Over the years, Jennica has worked in a wide range of fields, from restaurants and tourism to business management, finance and business development. A common thread throughout her career has been developing ideas, creating new opportunities and bringing people together.
The idea for Skåne Food Fest grew out of her keen interest in local food and drink production and a desire to introduce more people to the wonderful producers in the region. She also has a strong personal commitment to local food production and greater self-sufficiency, and wants to help shine a spotlight on the people and businesses behind the food we eat and the drinks we enjoy.
Jennica runs her businesses through Adona AB, where she works with project management, finance and business development. Alongside Skåne Food Fest, she also runs Kullaresor, offering tailor-made tours and experiences with a particular focus on food and drink.
The festival is brought to life with the support of a network of skilled and dedicated partners in areas such as gastronomy, communications and event production. Together with our producers, exhibitors and volunteers, we make Skåne Food Fest possible.
