During Skåne Food Fest, we’re hosting the Taste Studio for those who want to dive a little deeper into a specific topic. All tastings are booked and paid for on-site. As places are limited, we recommend signing up as soon as you arrive at the festival. Each tasting lasts approximately 30–45 minutes.
Tastings without a listed price are free of charge.

Did you know that chocolate can express just as many nuances as wine or coffee?
During this tasting, Höganäs Chocolate will guide you through a selection of award-winning bean-to-bar chocolates, crafted in Skåne using cacao from their own plantation in Ecuador. Together we’ll explore how origin, fermentation, and roasting influence flavour, while learning to identify notes of fruit, nuts, caramel, and spices.
Take the opportunity to ask questions about cacao, sustainable farming, chocolate making, and how to taste chocolate like a professional.

What makes northwestern Skåne one of the most exciting wine regions in the Nordic countries?
During this tasting, you’ll discover four of Terra Skåne’s vineyards—Thora Vineyard, Aftonmora, Kullabergs Vineyard, and Arilds Vineyard. Through a carefully selected range of wines, we’ll explore how the Nordic climate, the fertile soils of Skåne, and the passion of the winemakers combine to create a wine region with its own distinct identity and strong sense of place.

In this tasting, we’ll take a closer look at how different production methods influence flavour, crispness, and character. We’ll also discuss why high-quality ingredients are the foundation of truly great chips.
Along the way, you’ll sample different potato varieties and chip styles, compare flavours, and have the opportunity to ask questions. A tasting for anyone curious to discover why not all chips taste the same.

During this tasting, you’ll explore a selection of craft beers from Timjans Brygghus. We’ll sample lagers, ales, and IPAs while discussing how malt, hops, and brewing techniques shape each beer’s flavour, aroma, and character.
Whether you’re new to beer or already an enthusiast, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of what distinguishes different beer styles—and you may even discover a new favourite along the way.
