Food & drink festival

7–8 August 2026

11am – 6pm
Norrvikens Trädgårdar, Båstad

Winner of the ‘Event of the Year’ award two years running!

Skåne Food Fest at Norrviken Gardens is the festival for anyone who loves locally produced food, authentic flavours and genuine culinary and beverage craftsmanship. On 7–8 August, producers, growers, vineyards, breweries, distilleries and food trucks will gather in the Apple Orchard at Norrviken Gardens – inviting you to two days packed with inspiration, tastings and new favourites to enjoy on the spot or take home.

The venue is Norrviken Gardens. Here, you can wander amongst the scents and flavours and meet the people behind the products – in a relaxed festival atmosphere where it’s just as natural to sit back with a drink as it is to fill your shopping bag with delicacies for late-summer dinners.

Make the most of the weekend and turn it into a complete experience: combine your culinary journey with a stroll through the gardens of Norrviken, discover the surroundings, the views and the tranquillity – and let these two wonderful days become a real summer outing for all the senses.
Welcome to Skåne Food Fest at Norrviken!

The Meeting

We want to facilitate meaningful encounters between consumers, growers and producers. You can speak directly to the winemaker, the tomato grower, the dairy farmer and the brewer. The tree-to-bar chocolatier can tell you about the journey the cocoa bean takes from the tree to the taste sensation on your tongue. The beekeeper can tell you about our tiny pollinator friend who performs great deeds. As well as loving to facilitate these encounters, we believe they are absolutely vital for the development of local and sustainable consumption.

The experience

Meeting the winemaker undoubtedly offers a whole new experience of the wine in question. Their knowledge and passion rub off on the flavour and are stored in your taste library.

Core Values

Skåne Food Fest is organised by Adona AB. Whether you are attending the festival as a visitor, member of staff, exhibitor or ambassador, you should feel safe. Our exhibitors, staff and ambassadors have a clear action plan in place in the event of any breach of the festival’s rules. If you see anything that contravenes the values set out below, or if you yourself are subjected to such behaviour, please contact an ambassador, security guard or exhibitor so that we can act promptly to take appropriate action and/or report the matter to the police.

The festival aims to be a safe meeting place for everyone, regardless of ethnicity, social background, gender identity, sexual orientation, ability or religious beliefs.

We have a zero-tolerance policy towards acts of violence, sexual harassment and bullying. Please note that a police report may be filed. We also have a zero-tolerance policy towards the possession, use, influence under the influence of, and sale of drugs. A police report may be filed if such behaviour is detected. Partners, ambassadors, companies, speakers, exhibitors and visitors are expected to adhere to these core values.

Any breach of our core values or any offence under Swedish law will result in you being banned from the festival.

Sustainability

Sustainability is about meeting the needs of people and society today without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. It means using available resources wisely and with a long-term perspective. That is why we are actively working on sustainability in several areas, such as:

  • All the festival’s exhibitors are local businesses, and we aim to highlight their economic and environmental sustainability. By bringing the exhibitors together in one place to showcase their products and services, we save both time and the environment for our visitors. By offering local businesses a venue to showcase their products, market their services and offer tastings, this generates increased sales and, hopefully, in the long run, more jobs.
  • By offering visitors the chance to see, experience and sample the rich variety of local food and drink we have to offer in Skåne, we are increasing the level of self-sufficiency in our region.
  • Food vendors and food trucks at the festival site are encouraged to use the local produce available at the festival.
  • We work in partnership with local organisations that assist in various ways during the festival. Through this partnership, we support the organisations, enabling them to develop alongside children, young people and adults.
  • By booking tickets, masterclasses and food in advance, we reduce food waste.

These are just a few examples of our sustainability policy. Sustainability is an integral part of every decision taken to develop and run the festival.
