The saying In Skåne is about eating goes: “good food, lots of food and food at the right time”. Yes, for us Scanians, food is important and a great source of enjoyment! Did you know that Skåne accounts for 30% of Sweden’s production?
At Skåne Food Fest, the focus is on all the wonderful food that comes from here. In addition to eating fantastic food at all of Sofiero’s restaurants, you can also buy food in our food trucks and eat on site. There are also plenty of exhibitors selling their products so you can take the goodies home with you.
Beverages
Together we promote and highlight the local drinks produced in Skåne, ranging from must, coffee, beer, wine and distillates. During the festival you have the opportunity to try all these premium quality craft beverages produced in Skåne. Below we list the exhibitors and the list will be added to over time. Food and drink is so much more than what is consumed! An inspiring table setting or beautiful, locally produced flowers on the table gilds the meal. We invite local entrepreneurs who grow flowers and sell glasses and crockery as well as everything that enhances the meal and creates good conversations.
