This chocolate tasting session offers an insight into professional chocolate tasting and takes you on a journey through the history of chocolate and the journey of the cocoa bean from the tree to artisan chocolate.
Sanna has travelled all over the world in pursuit of cocoa as a judge and speaker at international chocolate festivals, from Mexico City to New York and Amsterdam. She has lived on a cocoa plantation in Hawaii, and her experiences have given her a deep respect for cocoa – both as a craft and as a plant.
For Sanna, chocolate is more than just a treat – it is a path to mindfulness, enjoyment and connection. Through her experiences, she inspires a deeper appreciation of cocoa.
