Krapperup Park dates back at least to the Baroque gardens of the 17th century and has since been gradually altered and renewed in accordance with the tastes of the times and its successive owners. In its current form, despite the outstanding floral splendour of the rose garden and perennial beds, the park is a landscape garden that makes dramatic use of the differences in elevation between the hilltop castle and the sea.

Krapperup Castle Garden is a lush green park featuring a mix of large trees, exotic plants and rhododendrons. In this cosy garden, you can stroll along winding paths, enjoying the roses and stunning rhododendrons when they are in bloom, as well as the large, leafy trees that provide shelter from the sun on hot summer days. The castle park also features a lovely rose garden with over 600 rose plants, comprising 35 different varieties.

Head gardeners Mattias Svensson and Felix Halmén welcome you to this tour of the park!
