A warm welcome to our gin tasting with Micke Andersson from Mick & Jack.
It all began when Micke started brewing beer at home in his kitchen in Tygelsjö back in 2016. He experimented and learnt the craft, and soon developed a taste for more – both beer and other drinks. Over time, his beer brewing evolved to include the distillation of gin and other spirits.
Following their initial home experiments, the business grew and eventually took on an organised form under the name Mick & Jack AB. Today, they produce a range of gins – including Dry Gin, Pink Gin and Fatlagrad – in Skåne, working closely with local partners.
They’ve gone from home brewing – via beer tastings – to craft gin distilling.
Mick is a beer and spirits entrepreneur who is passionate about his hobby and believes that “The more you know, the better it tastes”!
